ISO suomen kielioppi (Unabridged Grammar of Finnish Language) -project aimed at designing a web version of an already published book containing over 1000 pages of grammar.
The client (Research Institute for the Languages of Finland) wished to retain the structure of the book as far as possible in the web version, as it was already known for most of the users. Powerful search possibilities of a digital user interface were added.
Due to the sheer amount of content, the challenge and focus of this project was to design a very clear information architecture and user interface. The graphic design for the web version is inspired by the cover design of the book.
